Biography

Joe Shaw serves as a Broker at SVN | AVAT Realty LLC. Joe began his career at SVN | AVAT as an underwriter before transitioning to his Director role. Because of his experience providing forecasting analyses, he is able to provide superior value to our clients. Joe guides buyers and sellers through their transaction processes, utilizing his strengths in negotiation and property valuation. Joe brings a repertoire of skills to our team including financial analysis and interpersonal communication, which he uses to provide our clients a seamless buying or selling experience. Joe is an effective communicator that thrives in a structured environment and brings solutions to our clients’ most complex problems.

Joe is from Pittsburgh and graduated from Auburn University in May of 2018. He is a resident of Madison, Alabama.
