Upon closing, the asset was rebranded to Eastbank Apartments. The buyers intend to put around 20 thousand dollars worth of upgrades into each unit. This will bring the historic property from a C class to an A class. Sitting on almost six acres, the property will be welcoming new tenants once the upgrades are complete.
